For Mother’s Day, Hello Poppy invited people to share why their mothers deserved a little spoil and what that gesture of love might look like. What followed was a beautiful reminder that the most meaningful acts are often the simplest ones.
One email came from a daughter who wished for nothing more than a beautiful bunch of flowers to be delivered to her mom at her old age home. Jane arrived with flowers in hand and spent time sitting with her as they cut stems, arranged blooms into a vase, and spoke about life, love and memories.
There was no grand production. Just presence, tenderness and human connection. A quiet moment, a warm conversation and a tight squeeze goodbye.
